  • Had these guys out to fix an ice maker issue in a Samsung fridge/freezer. Tech was professional and worked at dejamming the ice and releasing the door. Took nearly an hour to complete the work using a steamer and other tools I do not have access to making it well worth the service call price. Tech cleaned up and left me with a working configuration (ice is disabled in freezer) and an option to have them come back with a new ice maker and push the service call price onto a full fix.
