rev:text	I made my appointment for 10 am on a Saturday and dropped my dog off on time. I was informed that his haircut would take a while because they were short staffed. 5 hours later, I was tired of waiting with zero update in a time frame I thought was ridiculously long so I called the shop. I was informed that my dog was "being uncooperative" so they hadn't even given him his haircut after 5 hours. So he was just sitting in a kennel for 5 hours?? I've taken him to other grooming places and he is always done within two hours. I am aware that my dog is a bit scared of new people, but like I said, other grooming places have had no issues and have actually told me that he has done well. A total of 6 hours later, I was finally called and told my dog was finished and ready to pick up. I arrived and the man behind the counter asked me if my dog had been abused. Excuse me? I raised him from the age of 2 months old. It was incredibly rude. He kept remarking about how horrible my dog was to deal with and how loud he barked. And then when they brought my dog out and he was excited to see me (obviously he was, he'd been locked up for 6 hours), the groomers in the back made a sassy comment like "oh now he's a nice dog?" I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. The haircut was decent, but no better than the work of my other dogs' groomer who charges half the price and works out of her backyard. Definitely not worth $50. I will not be returning to this business and I caution you to be wary of them as well.
