  • Your experience will greatly depend on the person you get. My friend and I came in for blow drys. I paid $12 with my Yelp coupon, and she paid $25. I got the full Aveda experience (massage, ect) and she got some lady who only wanted to curl her hair and be done with it. That's an issue. I think the school needs to enforce some quality control rules so you can at least make the people coming in believe that everyone is getting equal treatment. The guy who did my hair (I'm sad I forgot his name!) was fantastic though. He was meticulous with my hair and was such an awesome guy. If I lived closer I would totally go to him for my hair needs. Overall I do like the school and I like the products. I wouldn't shy away from this place, but be aware that you may get a student who doesn't care as much as the next one.
