  • 10/21/15 Below was my review from yesterday, I am going to revise slightly. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon after writing the below review from the General Manager Joe. He was very nice and respectful. He got all my information and then called me back to let me know that they would in fact be able to take care of the issue with my key. I have bumped them up a star as Joe was very helpful. I have not gotten it completely fixed yet as we are waiting on the parts but if all goes well I will bump up another star. 10/20/15 I had been looking for an SUV for a very long time and finally stumbled upon what seemed to be a nice Jeep 2012 Liberty. I drove 35 minutes to Medina to drive this vehicle. The salesperson at the time seemed to be in a bit of hurry and knew NOTHING about this vehicle when questions were asked. The vehicle seemed to drive great and I went back about 2 days later drove again and ended up purchasing the vehicle. They negotiated with me and gave me a good price on my car that I was trading in for which I was thankful for. Not more than 2 days after that the airbag light went on and the tire pressure monitoring system sensor came on. I contacted them and was given the simple answer that basically, "The car is yours now and you have a warranty so you will have to pay the $100 down payment to get this fixed." Completely ridiculous. Then 2 months after that I went to use the spare key and my car kept stalling. I contacted them and was told by the service manager that the key likely needed to be reprogramed to the car and I would need a new key. Also, to not use this key as it could be causing significant damage to my car if it kept being used. This was going to cost me around $250+ because it wasn't covered under the warranty. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GAVE ME THE BAD KEY! I contacted the salesman who sold this to me and got no response. I then contacted the head of sales Doug Masterson I believe, left numerous emails and messages without any response. I decided on Friday to contact the sales person again, Dusty, he finally got back to me on Tuesday and told me that they are only responsible for giving me one working key and to call service to see if it could be fixed. He also conveniently told me that he was unaware that I had been having this issue. I would never buy from this place again and STRONGLY recommend whoever is reading this that they do not either. They only care about a sale and after that you are on your own and never to be helped or thought of again. I can't believe I didn't see the signs initially and moved on to a different dealership. I will say that Chad in service is very nice however! He was as helpful as could be unfortunately he cannot make decisions like that to actually help the customer with an issue.........
