rev:text	My husband and I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Copenhagen for years, and still have several pieces including a chair/ottoman set that are around 20 years old that we absolutely will not part with for any reason! All of these pieces have held up - our household has included 2 children, several dogs...and of course the wear & tear of friends and family. We have never had to return anything, nor have anything repaired - so, when I decided to update the family room I started my search for a mid-century modern styled sofa at the Scottsdale store. Husband was a little overwhelmed with the prices, so for a couple of days I took him to several mid-level furniture stores to see what less money buys. I also to took him to a more expensive store...after the second day, he told me to go back to Copenhagen because the other stuff at the mid-level stores was so cheaply made, and yet not that much less expensive...and the quality was no better at the more expensive store. Took me less than 30 minutes from start to finish to purchase my sofa - Linda B. was wonderfully patient as I had questions about 2 other sofas which required her to call other stores and do some research & measuring. I ended up with the one I originally wanted (despite distracting myself with other options) and delivery will be less than a week out. I can't imagine anything will go wrong with the delivery since there's never been a problem in the past, but if there is I will definitely update this review.
