  • I can easily say that our buying experience with Samantha Smith was enjoyable and painless. I've never been too find of real estate agents. I don't appreciate high pressure sales, especially when it comes to buying a house. Samantha never rushed my family, took as much time as we needed for showings and questions. She was always available via email or phone and really helped make the process quick for my whole family. Above all, I appreciate Samantha candor. She never told us what she thought we wanted to hear. If the situation wasn't right for us, we kept looking. I was surprised at how fast the purchase of a house can be, when everyone is doing their part to close. Thanks again Samantha.
