  • Wife just called for service since we just locked the door with both sets of keys in the house, and they said they don't do residential lock-outs after 5:30pm? They sure don't state that on their website. Seems pointless to me. EDIT: Owner followed-up quickly via message here on Yelp, said there must have been a communication error by the dispatch and that they do indeed do residential lock-out services after 5:00pm. Seemed very courteous and offered help if we still needed it. Not sure wjat went qrong last night.
