  • Horrible, truly horrible. I needed a battery boost. I called the TD auto club. They said that a driver was on his way and would be there within 1 hour. They said it should take about 45 minutes on average but would be less than 1 hour for sure. After 2 hours, I called and TD auto service said it would be less than 30 minutes. After another 45 minutes I called, and they said it would be within the next 30 minutes. I had to cancel multiple plans because of this. Ever bully I gave up. After 4.5 hours, they called. The driver was very apologetic and empathetic. He said the dispatcher kept re routing him whenever he wanted to go downtown to help jump my car. Apparently, the dispatcher had no problem saying they would arrive for 30 minutes and then re routing the driver, and ruining my afternoon. Extremely unprofessional.
