Updated review:
After getting a hold of Rob their service manager he was extremely apologetic and stated that our work order was mixed up with someone else's. I advised that it wasn't a technician issue, but a clerical error. The customer service representatives that work here are not much help same with the office manager. Rob made things right and got a technician out the next day to fix our air conditioner. So far so good (2 days).. the technician who showed up was very nice and professional even though he was a little late but apologized. All we wanted was someone to come fix our ac since it's so hot. We're glad rob was able to help us and take care of this. He has also since then followed up with us. I wish everyone in the office could be like rob and be on top of things. Thank you for making things right.

Why you shouldn't trust L & S Air Conditioning L & S Air Conditioning They are trying to scam homeowners and warranty companies. We haven't had air conditioning since Thursday and they REFUSE to fix the ac unit because they said the unit was 10-15 years old and the inside coils were extremely dirty. They said it was 80% plugged up. They want to charge $250 for cleaning before they will repair the ac unit that has a leak (that is covered under warranty) Please share my video.. homeowners should always inspect the ac units with a technician and ask questions and take pictures so you don't get lied to and be stuck with no ac in this hot summer. They lied to us, they lied to the insurance company. At the end of the day.. we are the ones who suffer because it's hot in the house and we have to deal with them and their crappy service. Not to mention their tech showed up in a unmarked vehicle. How unprofessional! Please make my video viral! Everyone needs to be aware!
