  • Walked by 4 employees and not one soul greeted me. They basically just walked past me multiple times and no hi, no nothing. This place definitely needs work in the customer service department. Even the guy at the register barely said a word to me. He asked me the basic "did you find everything okay?" and "your total is" ... The three stars are for their affordable price and the availability of the product I was looking for. I will always love old navy. It's my go to place to purchase plain tees, tanks, sometimes pants and summer dresses. This specific location is just a turn off. I'm pretty sure I was one of the only two customers in the store too.
