  • I have been coming to this location since 2011. I order the tires I want online and make the appointment there as well. The minute you walk in the door, someone is acknowledging you and you never wait long to be helped. John Pleet is an exceptional Manager and values integrity. The employees demonstrate a strong work ethic. They go above and beyond to be polite and respectful. I have never felt pressure here to upgrade, nor do they give me a hard time if I don't want the add-ons. In addition, I usually have a proration situation with my tires and they always honor it with no hassle. Today I had 4 new tires installed and it took less than 30 minutes. There is a friendly vibe at this location with joking between the employees that doesn't interfere with their work (nobody is just standing around). To me, it says a lot about the business and the management when the employees appear happy. My truck is returned clean every time as well. They price match, appointments are easy to make, ordering tires is easy, staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely a 5 star business!
