  • Their customer service sucks! Right out the gate I'll let it be known that this place is notorious for that. Geeky punk kid with glasses, looking up in the air and had to be yelled at from across two isles because we made eye contact and tried to run for the hills to act busy. Told him what product we wanted, waited for 10min, no thank you for my patience and proceeded to ring me up. Kid was obviously disappointed he couldn't upsell on the merchandise insurance so proceeded to have a smug attitude and get this (PULLED OUT HIS PHONE DURING A SALE AND DECIDED TO TEXT HIS BF OR LIFE PARTNER WHAT A CRAPPY DAY HE WAS HAVING.....DURING A SALE TRANSACTION!!!) REALLY??? Hey....you hate your job that much? Fine....you'll be one reasons this best buys is considered a dump when people like me keep putting you on blast!
