  • I would give give negative three stars if it was possible. If ever a doctor were to go out of business this would be the one! Dr. Aragon is nice and all but seeing as you see her for five minutes and the rest of the staff all the rest of your time then run run run..... I have worked in the medical field and for doctors offices for all my life and I have never came across one so bad. The staff is absolutely ridiculous. It's almost like they are all just temps put in place to sit there. I cannot get refills for anything ever! The pharmacy calls for a week before they call me to say they are giving up then it take hours and multiple calls to get one called in. I am on depression medication which you CANNOT go without. There has not been one time I have needed a refill that I have gotten it without missing it for at least three days. Honestly they should be sued for there practices. I have even tried to pay a bill and cannot get anyone to call me back to take my payment! I mean really!! This office staff is the worst I have ever come across and would say if you go to this doctor you are really just in for a horrible experience!
