  • I called Qual Tech and spoke with the owner. I explained that a strange smell was coming through my vents and from the attic. He was very concerned and came over immediately to make sure that I was safe. He also had his tech Chris meet him at my house. It was a fan motor that had burned out and was causing the strange smell. It was replaced at the same visit. I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and overall caring and concern for my well being. On a side note, the owner fixed/changed out the light bulbs in my laundry room as is where the attic access is. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs heating and/or air conditioning service.
