  • This must be the absolute worst dessert place I've been to. Can't even make toast with icecream done in ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. By then I had no choice but to cancel my order. Menu says waittime is 30 minutes. I give them an extra hour to get it done and they still fail to meet the finish line. At 1 hour, I asked if it's done yet. The waiter goes to the kitchen and comes back saying "its ready! Just needs to be built into the tower. Another 8-10 minutes." First of all, I truly do not believe it takes 8-10 minutes to stack bread and icecream together. SECOND OF ALL, IT STILL DIDNT EVEN COME AFTER 10 mins. Like I mentioned above, I waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes and still nothing came. Extremely disappointed with this place and will never be returning. On top of all this they didn't have the decency to say they're sorry or offer a discount for their poor management.
