  • If you are working with adjuster Maggie you can expect a very frustrating experience. She is nice on the phone but has zero follow through on commitments. My car is going on 10 days past when she said it would be ready. I understand that is out of her control but three times she has told me my car would be ready that day and then is impossible to reach and she does not contact me and the car is not ready. So I clear my schedule and get a babysitter and then nothing. Just not professional. Don't say the car will be ready unless you actually know it's ready.
