  • Took my Jeep in oil change and paint coating. My "appt" was at 8:20. At 8:30, I was sitting in line watching the other line get help, car after car. Finally, I complained and they took me, but my Jeep was still sitting there when I got in the shuttle. I was told 2 - 3 hours. It's now been 4 and they are telling me it's now an all day affair. I made this appt well in advance and provided a detailed list of issues. Total waste of time! They said the guy I was supposed to see didn't come to work and acted as if they had zero idea what needed to be done. I drove 65 miles to go to this "appt". HORRIBLE service department. They also said that they close down for lunch from 12 to 1:00. HORRIBLE! Once they get you in the door, all bets are off! Really? 1 1/2 hours to change oil!! HORRIBLE
