I am rating this a 2. I have had a relationship with Precision for 15 years and feel let down. I recently purchased duct sealing from them. I paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 was to be paid after work completed. When they did the duct work the guy doing the work came through my ceiling. He said they would fix and he patched it up. After several calls, I finally got them to come and finish the patch work about 2 weeks. If is fixed but I still have to go out and find and buy paint to repaint myself. I also asked about the 8 foot of insulation that I lost from the attic. They said they would send someone to fix and add additional filling and send me proof it was taken care of. This whole time I was waiting until the job was finished so I can pay the other 50% but they went into my credit card and charged what was due without clearing it from me. I didn't know/think businesses are allowed to keep my card on file. I don't dispute I owed them the money but I wanted job satisfaction before I paid what was owed. I left messages but have yet to get calls returned. The whole experience was disappointing and I would not recommend. It have a bad back so I really can't paint my ceiling right now or climb up into my attic to see if they ever fixed the insulation.
