  • This cafe is not closed! Whoever has reported that probably works for the company and is simply tired of seeing bad reviews. When I had arrived at the drive thru today, I had waited about 4 minutes until the drive thru employee was able to take my order. I would have reversed and left, but there was already a car waiting behind me. After waiting those 4 minutes, I had to wait another 6-8 minutes behind the two vehicles that had been in the drive thru ahead of me. The cars behind me were already honking their horns and the woman in the car in front of me was irate, so the first car had to pulled out to let her leave. Once I got to the window, no one came to greet me or to ask me to wait. So since everyone in line was upset and I had my toddler in the car, I knocked on the window only to be yelled at by the manager. He told me that they were busy and he had people inside, which is no excuse since I have worked customer service in the past and I know this is not quality service. He got upset with me when I had told him that we have all been waiting 10 minutes in our cars on an extremely hot day, so he proceeded to tell me that he would no longer be serving me then he slammed the window in my face. I ended up parking my car to take my child inside, since it was hot and inside guests apparently have priority. This 'manager' continued to ignore me until he realized I was not leaving, so he reluctantly handed me my drink and I left. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they should just close it down
