  • This review is partly in response to some of the other reviews I have read, but is also purely based on my experience living at Avalon for the past 3 weeks. First and foremost, I was in a huge rush to get moved and the office manager moved mountains for me to be able to move in by the first of August. After I moved in, it was clear that something was wrong with the AC. I have to say that the women that run the office and the maintenance crew were working insanely hard trying to diagnose and fix the problem. Two different HVAC company's were even called out to work on it. It took a couple of weeks to fully fix the AC in the apartment (I now have a brand new AC unit for the apartment) but everyone here took my complaints seriously and worked to make sure that everything was fixed and that my pups and I had a safe and comfortable place to live. I am very happy to call this community "home".
