  • Was so excited that an actual Alex and Ani store opened in Pittsburgh and couldn't wait to go! Finally made it a point to stop in and see what the store had to offer rather than just purchasing my bangles online.. What a bust. So much product was picked over, which I understand to a point because of the holidays, but then they didn't have any boxes or bags!! After spending at least $80 in product, don't tell me to go to the next store over to buy a box/bag. You purchase them and give me something to care my new jewelry in! I don't plan on wasting my time going back unless I need a quick gift. The three stars are for the products and store itself. Sorry Alex and Ani, but maybe I set my expectations too high.
