  • John of Dreamcoat has got this all wrong. Our door was never scheduled for servicing until after Mike broke it. His information is incorrect. I stand by my original review - this company is not into customer service, only collecting money. I advise anyone considering this company to due their due diligence. The old saying: you get what you pay for comes to mind.
