This store has the worst customer service ever. I never have good service here but yesterday pushed me over the edge. I go in around 5:30 pm to return something and there are about 10 of us in line. Only one cashier (at the returns/exchanges register) up front. This other lady walks up and says "are you guys all doing returns" a customer replied no, she says well okay then purchases are on register one with a huge attitude. Stank face. Sour tone of voice.. like OKAY purchases might be on register one however there is no cashier there.. she then goes on to ring the customer up with no greeting. No hi. No did you find everything okay today. No thank you. Just a stank look on her face. She then goes on to tell the customer that there is a huge sign that says purchases but it's not noticeable (being smart). Finally it's my turn in the return line. The girls name tag said "true trainer" on it, which I hope she is not because she also had attitude, did not greet or thank or anything.. if these ladies hate their jobs so much they should quit them and allow someone who would value the job the opportunity to work them. Everyone has bad days but it takes little to no effort to open your mouth and speak to customers. I'm so tired of their attitudes here all the time, not even to me but just in general that I would rather drive to boca Park than ever shop here again. If a secret shopper were to go into this store they'd be toast on evaluations. Take your money to a different location and save yourself the poor treatment.
