  • I am a long time Toyota owner. My last 3 cars were Avalon models, two of which were purchased at another dealership here in town. I had a pretty terrible experience with the last purchase and servicing (paperwork executed incorrectly, couldn't get service issues resolved, etc). A few years ago, I had a great service experience at Findlay and a family member recently had an outstanding buying experience, so I felt pretty confident about checking out this dealership for my next purchase. I decided to trade in my hybrid Avalon for a newer vehicle. As a long time Avalon owner, I was torn between the newer model Avi or an SUV. I saw that the RAV4 Hybrid model was in stock via Findlay's website and sent an inquiry via online chat. The chat operator (Sharon) set an appointment for me to test drive it and meet with a sales person. I also got email and phone confirmation. My sales person was Paul Lueth. He was amazing. He was the perfect sales person for me. I highly recommend him. He understood what I wanted in both terms of my budget and lifestyle needs. He thoroughly listened to my concerns about leaving the Avalon model and helped me find the absolute perfect RAV4 Hybrid for me. He was so patient and answered all of my questions about both models. I probably could have test driven 20 cars and Paul wouldn't have even flinched at the suggestion. I have family in the industry and I fully understand how the deals work. I am pretty cut and dry when it comes to the negotiations and Paul facilitated my deal efficiently. There was no pressure and Paul was very straight forward, which I appreciated. I got a very fair trade in value and a fantastic deal on my new purchase. Alex in Finance was excellent as well. This was easily one of the best Toyota experiences I've had in a number of years. I also like this dealership because it is much like the dealership where I purchased my first Toyota, which was also a family owned dealership. Everyone is friendly, the dealership is clean, and seem to really care about the customer having a positive experience.
