| - Started off with good communication until a few days before the work actually was supposed to be done. Apparently Tom, the owner or manager, doesn't appreciate people asking other people about their personal experiences with him just to get a feel for how they work.( I'm not going to drop a chunk of money without doing a little research and asking the people who recommended Tom what they thought.) Only if Tom didn't twist it around to having his integrity questioned, flip out on me, cut me off, try to throw around his weight because he WAS "a cop", say "F*ck you, you're done talking" and hanging up on me twice while I was in the middle of explaining my side and trying to calm him down then maybe he wouldn't be getting another bad review on the same issues. I work with all different kinds of customers every day, whether they're upset or not, you don't talk to anyone like that. It was disgusting how disrespectful he is and immature. To top it off when we wanted our product that was paid for, not distributed and in our hands, one of his employees came in saying she distributed 500 flyers without our consent and in the wrong place! She made a snarky comment about me not trusting their company (unprofessional again. Leave employees out of company issues unless they created them) and has a tiny torn paper with arrows on it saying that was her map. So all around, there's no wonder why Tom gets consistent bad reviews about the same issues and has to go to different printing shops every 6 months. He has no class or professional qualities, and is beyond immature.
