Poor customer manners!
Internal customer service issues should NOT be spoken out loud in front of paying customers! The black ladies customer service crew with a radio (probably a supervisor) was heard saying to the male flight attendant in first class (Tim?) "why are the passengers boarding so slow?" His reply was because there were a couple elderly passengers that needed special assistance. A few seconds later I heard she said that "my girls are not doing their jobs" because she felt my carry on bag was too large as I walked passed them. Excuse me? I been on many flights and NO ONE has ever said anything as it fits comfortable in the overhead storage bins. Thursday 4:35 pm flight on January 21st departed for Los Angeles. Otherwise, the ladies at check in scanning and in-flight flight crew were all pleasant and friendly.
