  • Oh how I wished I'd read this review. Ordered flowers for mothers day, they never delivered!!. I left 2 messages with the shop monday to call me to discuss. NOTHING! Spoke with 'owner' finally on Tues, yes I initiated the call. Says they tried to deliver 7 times, but no one home. Huh.. I left both my phone # and moms. She said they had no contact info! And she says she didn't have a voice mail message from me!!! So they're calling me a liar? Or she and her staff aren't in the customer service business. I have to paraphrase here because our conversation went around in circles. She was hostile from the start to finish. She needs to get outta the retail business with an attitude like that. I've disputed the charge. BTW, I have a retail shop of my own. Treat your customers well or you'll be out of business. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! You will regret it. And if you read the other review, my mom would have probably received a less then adequate bouquet anyway.
