  • Not sure about all of the good reviews, but this place is not a good hotel. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here last weekend while visiting relatives in Wisconsin and it was a very unpleasant experience. The breakfast in the morning was kindof impressive, but it was a complete madhouse in such a small area. The breakfast selection was good though. We stayed on the Friday night, which was fine. When we woke up on the Saturday morning, there were a ton of ants by the window, inside the room (I have pictures). Immediately after seeing the ants in the morning, I talked to the woman at the front counter and she didn't seem to care whatsoever. I told her about the ants and she asked me 'Are they bothering you?' - Of course they are bothering me! I asked what can be done, she said that spray could work. I asked if she had spray and she said no. She mentioned maintenance could take a look, I asked if that could be done today and she said no. She didn't offer to help in any way. What am I supposed to do? Later in the day, my wife and I just decided to leave a day early because this was ridiculous. I told the front desk that we were leaving early and once again, nobody cared that we were checking out early because of the ant problem. And the guy at the front desk told me that 'it tends to happen when it gets hot outside' and told me about how he gets ants at his house sometimes - are you kidding me? A hotel shouldn't have a ant/bug problem; and if there is one, it should be addressed immediately. It was a complete joke and we were happy to leave. I won't be staying here again.
