  • this is the 3rd time i have written to share the horrible experience i had with this so called cosmetic and general dentist, after being paid up front for approximatly $17,000 when i questoned stephanie kethcart about areas that i felt and saw what appeared to be missing fillings, cracked teeth and loose teeth she promptly dismissed me without completing the work she billed me for. including a tooth that was used to hold my upper bridge in place had a huge cavity, and shortly therafter it fell out of my mouth, so now the temporary upper bridge she left me with does not even stay in my mouth! i was also chared $250 on how to put a night guard in my mouth! in building my legal case against this horrible experience it has be put on legal record that i currently hae multiple cavities that have clearly exisited for a long time, and teeth that are so damage that they were reticent to even touch it for fear of it falling out.also i was misdirected financially, told conflicting stores why thier were charges taht i questioned, each and every explanation was different. beware, she appears to be pleasant, the office is lovely, the fron desk is very friendly, i was shocked to sadly find out formyself it was all a front for shady work and representation. ripped off and no one is putting $$$$$$$$$ under my pillow for the teeth that have been lost due to work no done at stephaniewkethcarts so called dental practise.
