Pho spots in Old Town are as rare as beauty and brains. Service is good and may be the reason I come back; that and my go-to spot was closed. Take out is quick. Tottie egg rolls are decent. Dipping sauce is purely fish sauce so if you're not Asian, ask for sweet and sour sauce. Pho broth is ok but you can mask bland with sriracha. Side note, boiling oxtail shouldn't be rocket science. For the price, I have had better especially when there was a rumble in my tummy. If it wasn't the rent for space, I think Scottsdale would be flooded with noodle houses. East Valley definitely has got this down.
