  • Great service. The big box stores simply do not have the expertise in maintaining lawn equipment. Prior to buying my lawn tractor at the Mower Shop in Medina, I went through two lawn tractors from Sears (Craftsman) and Home Depot (John Deere). I've had my Ariens from the Mower Shop for over 8 years now with no problems. I have it serviced once a year (with their pick up and delivery option) and couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Ask for Zack.
