  • There are new owners now, and it shows. The "E" in "POLISHED" is missing from the sign on the storefront. Lights are out and not fixed behind the pedicure stations. The number "12" on the large clock behind the reception desk has broken or fallen off and has not been replaced, so now there's a big ugly plaster mess where it used to be. They did not honor the 20% off Yelp check-in offer that is still being offered via Yelp, which is why I went in the first place. While the hours state on Yelp that they open at 9:30am on Saturdays, the sign on the door still says 9am, with a "New Hours" temporary paper sign next to it stating 9:30 which has been there for atleast month now. Their prices are considerably high for services. You'd think with what they charge, they could fix and update all of the problems.
