  • The customer service was good, the girl was polite and friendly. However we did have to wait awhile for our food. The strawberry milkshake was delicious but the rest of the food was incredibly salty! The chicken tortilla soup was so salty I couldn't tell the difference between the salty taste or spice. The chili cheese fries were a disappointment for sure. The fries were floppy and the chili and cheese looked like they were dumped on top and microwaved. Maybe our expectations were set too high....we're used to Cookout chili cheese fries and milkshakes if you've ever been to the south for some Cookout, you know there's no comparison.
