  • Had a terrible experience on 8/24/17 Our dog injured herself and we called to be seen. Unfortunately they were booked up and we would have to wait which wasn't an issue. We get there and are waiting. At one point one of the techs told us we were next as soon as she finished up with current patient. Well that dog left and instead of taking us like we were told she took another dog in. To make matters worse a new puppy showed up(totally new not on list) and they immediately put them in a room. What kind of so called pet hospital allows an injured dog to sit and wait, especially since we hold their insurance I feel they were holding out on us to get the after hours fee!!
