  • I was having computer issues, and I asked my dad where I should take it. He told me Geek quad. Well I decided to research and I say this place. I didn't read reviews, I just looked and called and spoke to an employee who was very helpful. I told him I am new to Vegas, and I have never used you before, and I would like to know who would be working on my computer. He told me to bring it in and I can meet the Technician who will be working on it Chris (HEAD IT GUY) and he can tell you there if it's something we can do. I felt so safe I let him work on it and he helped me with the work order filling it out. My data was very important couldn't lose I stated that to him, it's still there and he documented in the work order. Flat-Rate Servicing + My Documents and Desktop Parts 1.Problem Description = Operating System corrupted. Reinstall the OS. Install Office 2007. 2.Additional Problem Description = If computer is not salvageable. Externalize the hard drive. 3.Items Checked In = Gateway Laptop and Ac-adapter Specify any Non-Standard File Backup Locations, Itunes, Quickbooks, Outlook, Etc. = Data is VERY important. I dropped my computer off on Friday and meet with Chris and he looked at everything explained everything to me, pulled my parts of to make sure my hard drive was good, and it still function. I told him I am in need of it for work purpose and he said if all goes well I will have it ready for you tomorrow on a Saturday. I felt very confident for him to work on my computer as CHRIS had a lot of knowledge and showed me stuff. Chris is very polite, understanding, and has pride. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OUTLET PC AND DEFINITELY WILL. Chris notified me on Saturday that my laptop was ready to go. I was impressed by the great service. Thank you OC OUTLET Chris took me to the back to make sure before I left I had everything on my laptop, and everything was working before i left.He takes pride and doesn't rush he shows you everything, and has excellent service. THANKS SO MUCH CHRIS!, FOR MAKING MY COMPUTER LIKE BRAND NEW AGAIN.
