This is my fourth and last time staying at the South Point. My first 2 times were fine, my third was bad (see below) and I gave them this chance to see if anything had changed. Some things got better, but one thing got much worse. The last time I was here with my sister, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired as did the customer service. However, we made some great memories at the Coronado Cafe with their late night menu we'd have almost every night after returning from a night out. Well, I shared that with my loved ones only for one of them to get food poisoning that took him down for more than 36 hours. I was so busy taking care of him that I didn't mention it until check-out. And I only did that to let them know that their kitchen needed attention since food poisoning can cost someone their life. They didn't take it seriously AT ALL. They referred me to SECURITY and they in turn basically accused me of lying and wanting money (which I never mentioned). Believe me that if I wanted to, I could sue South Point and prove that it was their food that made him sick. Both my stepbrother and his friend are over the age of 18 and could testify in court. All we wanted was for him to get better and eventually he did. But the staff here didn't care. And for that, they've lost my business for good.
