  • I really wish I could give them 0 but unfortunately yelp won't let me! This store is HORRIBLE! The people that work there might as well bE replaced by two tuna cans with no opener!! If you commit to working in customer service then you should know how to SERVICE CUSTOMERS!!! I was provided with labels from a shoe store to send the shoes back as a return and I guess I printed out the wrong one and the guy behind the counter looked at me in the RUDEST MANNER and tossed the paper back at me and was like I don't know what that is and then walked away as to signal that he was done with the transaction. NO explanation no nothing! Then I asked him what was going on and all he said was LABEL .. and then muttered if you don't have it I'm not sending it. Then I asked his associate if I could just send her the email and she could just hit print for me and she just looked up , said 5 DOLLARS and looked back down. THIS STORE NEEDS NEW OWNERS OR IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I will NEVER EVER EVER use UPS again. If you can go to another place to ship your stuff DO IT! This place doesn't deserve one penny of someone else's hard earned money if they don't even know how to be kind and customer friendly!!!
