I can't believe how tender the beef is in their Beef Chop Suey. I also can't believe how Chinese restaurants put spaghetti in their Chow Mein where on the East coast Chow Mein is just vegetables plus meat served over hard Chow Mein noodles such as you would find in a can at the grocery store. Another crazy thing is white syrupy Lobster Sauce where on the East coast it is made from ground pork and spices. All in all the Golden Flower has kept us happy with their consistant good meals for the past year we have been here.
