Can I give less than one star? I was referred to them because my daughter broke a front tooth. Needless to say after two weeks of trying to get ahold of them, I have yet to have them answer the phone or return a message. Seriously, how hard is it to answer a damn phone!!!!
To the office manager, your staff's utter incompetence has not only cost you a customer but the experience will be given to the dentist who referred me. Hopefully she'll think twice about referring anybody to you.
