  • I had my Nissan quest done as this shop. The repair guy name is chris. He said I had to leave my van for about 4hrs or leave it over night because they have to lift up the motor. To change the power steering hose so I did leave my car to the shop. When I left my car there, my car aircon is working perfectly. The next day when I pick up the car. I didn't noticed anything wrong. Then I drove it, after an hr the air blower just start blowing hot air. Even when I turn off the aircon, still blows hot air inside my car. It was weekend so I have to wait for Monday to get it back to them. on top of that my car is still leaking power steering fluid. When bring the car back to them they said the cap is just loosen up. I told them the issue about the hot air blowing in my car " of course the response is we had nothing to do with that. But he knew exactly where and what the problem is. So I have to go to another shop to get it fix. Finding out that this guy chris, just left the old power steering hose inside my car that he is suppose to fix. Cut the old one, leave it hanging in there, leaking fluid and residue. Put the new one and look me in the eye and said it's fix..very DISHONEST MAN!!! I have to pay more to get the same problem fix. And charge me $124 for the blower that doesn't stop blowing hot air inside my car... this shop is fraud!!!
