I'm happy with the variety and selection at this Harry's. I've been served by a nice woman in the fragrance section and purchased a small handful of pieces off her.
In typical Harry Rosen fashion the sales staff are often seen standing around like vultures at the front door or hovering in a section on their cellphones. It isn't a very positive way to enter a store, but I guess the mystique of it all drives business.
Canali and Zegna sections are great to rummage through, though I always find them empty and about the area where sales people stop talking to me. I don't know why.
I've purchased knickknacks like socks, pocket squares, ties, and fragrances from there and been very happy with them (understandably pricey). Check out the handmade socks!
