  • Dobson Ranch STINKS. They hound you like a pack of wolves. They cite you for things that have been there 20 years. I'm not going to be too specific because they go after you if you complain but you wouldn't believe how awful they are! So many people can't stand it here. EVERY YEAR they raise our fees, too; ever since I've lived here! They stand across from our home and take pictures (we were outside and had some company over, it was ridiculous) then bring them back to the office to go over with a fine-toothed comb. We removed our messy olive tree over 20 years ago and were told recently we have to have a (50 gallon!!!) tree in our yard...??? We have a tiny front yard with desert landscape and don't want a tree. I could go on and on and on. Whatever you do, don't move here! You'll be sorry!!!
