  • WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE OR CONDO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This is literally the worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life and that includes sleazy used car salesmen and auto mechanics. I wish I would have known what a nightmare it would be to buy a condo with these monsters. They will make it look real nice and do a good job selling you. They tell you they will fix any problems you come across. Well, it's been 6 months since I bought and they still have not fixed cosmetic issues. I have scheduled repairs time and time again. But they will just not show up to fix them. Not to mention we had a huge plumbing problem when our toilet backed up because apparently when they were building some genius poured concrete down the toilet! Seriously idiots running this place. Don't fall for the slick sales people. You will regret it later when you find problems and they neglect to fix them. I can't tell you how many days off work I've taken waiting for repair people who didn't show up. Still waiting to get things fixed 6 months later. You've been warned.
