  • I took my IPhone to get the screen repaired and paid nearly 200 dollars. They replaced the screen within 30 minutes and gave me a 30 day guarantee. I have a LIFEPROOF case on my phone and have not dropped my phone but the screen cracked. I don't know if it was the heat or faulty installation but when I took my phone back with my receipt to get it repaired (I was still within the 30 days) the gentleman was very rude and refused to do anything for me. He said it was my fault because my case was too tight and that's what caused the screen to crack. The case I have is the appropriate case for my phone. I paid 200 dollars for a screen that did not even last me a month and this company would not honor their 30 day guarantee. He was rude, non apologetic, and more concerned about chatting it up with his girlfriend than providing any type of customer service or honoring the warranty I had in my hand.
