Use mobile check in if possible because the line is a long one. Fortunately my friends arrived the day before I did and let me know to ask for a room in the Grand Tower instead of the West Tower. So I stood in line to do that. Paid $15 to "upgrade" to the Grand Tower and honestly, if this is what they call an upgrade the West Tower must look like Jack, Janet, and Krissy's apartment from Three's Company. For the price, it's average. Not somewhere I would stay again. Room service is also average - Cobb salad was decent for dinner, hash browns that came with breakfast were trash. Overall, the place needs a makeover.
