  • I have been to a few mechanic shops over the past 20+ years. But that is all they were ... "Mechanic shops". Mostly full service...but again mechanic shops. Now that's not to say that Sun Devil isn't a great mechanic shop (which it is), but it is the first of which I felt "at home". The staff are all very knowledgable and give straightforward input on there findings. They don't try the usual bit of "oh while I was in there I found XXXX and it needs to be fixed ASAP". They give you what they find, help prioritize it, and walk through why it is needed, what it's for, and how much it costs. They don't try to pressure or scare you into making more purchases than necessary. They are a pleasure to talk with inside the office and are very personable. It seems that what would be an excruciating lengthy of time just flies by. I have never left the shop and had any regrets. I have found "my" mechanic shop and intend to return whenever service or heaven forbid repairs are needed. I definitely will return to them as each time I've been there is has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff at Sun Devil Auto!!!
