  • If you like riding a Merry-Go-Round, this is the place to go! They will always talk to you round and a round and you will never get what or where you want. I have yet to have a satisfactory customer experience when I visit. The last visit was the best. My name was taken, so that when it was finally called I was told their system has been down all day So what was the point of me waiting? Meanwhile that same employee said she would follow uo as soon as the system is back on line and call me. 2 days later I am still waiting for a call. I doubt their system is still down. If this was the first time I was treated this way it would be no big deal, but sad to say it is every time. Save yourself from a headache and visit another store or call the customer service line.
