  • Horrible. If there was a zero stars option, these guys would have it. They've been out to our house twice now (twice because they failed to complete their visit the first time) and we've encountered the same unprofessional and rude behavior both times. They will overcharge, they will offer new a $4000 system as the only solution to your problem (from a 2nd opinion, we found a replacement part that would solve the problem) and they will be no help from start to finish. Save your money and look elsewhere.
