  • DO NOT GO TO DILWORTH!! They are very dishonest! I wish I had seen the reviews I found on yellow pages for this place before I came here and was cheated out of my money. I made an appointment over the phone to get a crown put on (over $1,100 procedure) and they told me that everything in that appointment was included in the cost. My understanding as I arrived to my appointment was that I was going to be having a crown placed on my tooth that day. I was ushered in for x-rays, had my teeth cleaned, then Dr. Ma came into the room. He them proceeded to tell me that I had gum disease and that he wouldn't be able to place my crown on that day because of it. He told me that after the several month long procedure was completed that then MAYBE my gums would be strong enough to take the crown. I was then ushered into a room with a lady who began explaining to me the lengthy $1500 procedure to correct my "gum disease". It was presented as an extremely serious problem and I was definitely feeling overwhelmed and quite alarmed by the end of it. Not only was I leaving without a crown, I was leaving scared, confused and with a $320 bill for services I was not informed I would receive. After feeling really scummy from my experience and beginning to feel like I was mislead I began looking up reviews on this dentistry to see if my gut feeling was right. Yes. I was right. I found that I was not the only one who had this same experience, but that many others had the same things happen to them. I then made an appointment at another office who placed my crown on with ZERO issues or concern and never mentioned anything about me having gum disease. I am quite amazed that this place is still in business with how they run it so dishonestly and I really hope that they one day wake up and realized that this is a horrible way to live. Please don't make the ignorant mistake that I did and do not give them your business.
