It's taken me a while to be able to write this review because of the loss of our 12 year old lab but it's time to tell everyone about the exceptional service we were provided. Starting with the ease of booking someone to come take a look at our "Old Man Puppy" as we called him. Professional services provided at our home for the first visit was super affordable and we even used our care credit card. She prescribed some medication that was called in to my pharmacy at target and helped our Labrador get through a month with less pain in his hips and less aggravation from what was believed to be skin cancer at an aggressive rate.
As we realized it was best to stop his suffering we decided to do in home euthanasia. An incredibly insane decision we had to make but did not feel pressured or pushed to do or not do rather a gentle conversation of the facts and assurance from the vet that she could make it as comfortable as possible for him and for us. The experience was the most humane and loving. From then taking the time with us we needed, taking a paw print, to a sedative to make him happy for a few minutes where I saw the smile in his eyes and his unconditional love for us. As they took him away he was laid on a stretcher in a cute sleeping bag an looked like he was being carted off to go camping. One of the hardest things we ever had to do. His ashes were delivered by mail a couple of weeks later.
Thank you for your love, support and beautiful service for one of our best friends, family member and loved one.
They truly care about the animal and the people who love them. People like this are rare and I would recommend this team to anyone who finds themselves in this tragic situation. They will hold your hand...
